All wig and extension orders will take 10-14 business days. All time estimate includes processing and shipping time.

All bag order will take 3-5 business days. 

ALL WIGS/EXTENSIONS PURCHASE ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF PRODUCTS. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER, WE WILL EMAIL WITH TWO OPTIONS; TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE AVAILABLE WITH AN EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMELINE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH A FULL REFUND CREDITED DIRECTLY TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORDER.
